National Shetland Congress.

She was shown to these national titles
in 2000 & 2001 by Susan Kay Burgess, Burgess Stables.

Lolita was foaled in 1999, and sold as a weanling to Susan Kay and Topper Burgess,
Burgess Stables in Victoria, Texas.  Susan & Lolita travelled to many Shetland shows
over the next two years, earning the awards listed above, as well as many others.  A
world of thanks goes to Susan and Topper for promoting Lolita, and especially, for
selling her back to us.

Off to a great start in her new career as a broodmare, Lolita is in foal to Reign Man
again for 2009.

Lolita's first foal was a beautiful palomino filly, who looked remarkably like her grandsire, Captain's Show-man.  Lovey is pictured here as a yearling, being shown by Renee Bush.

In spite of heroic efforts by the staff at the University of Minnesota Vet Hospital, Lovey was lost to a Lawsonia infection about four months after this photo was taken.  She is missed . . .

Rhapsody's Crimson Reign
Sire:  Rhapsody's Reign Man
  ** 2008 AMHR-B Halter Horse of the Year **

One of Reign Man's first sons, Crimson was foaled in May 2007.  He had a very successful show season in 2008 with Belinda Bagby.

Crimson is owned by Adventure II Miniatures.

Rhapsody's Majestic Reign
Sire:  Rhapsody's Reign Man

Black bay with chrome and striking blue eyes, Lolita's third foal Majic, put in an appearance at the 2008 AMHR National Show, and was pinned National Champion Stallion Foal in the Over division.

Majic is owned by John & Cindy Cherry, Cherryville Farm.
