Ellie captured Hall of Fame honors in the Classic Halter division during the 2000 show season with trainer Ann Linze.  In addition to being a real "looker", Ellie is the sweetest thing on four legs.

   
In 2002, Ellie was back in the showring, along with her first foal, Rhapsody's Elegant
Design (Desi).  She & Desi had a great Congress, sweeping the Classic Broodmare,
Classic Mare & Foal, and Classic Mare Foal of Current Year classes.

Ellie's 2003 foal was an adorable, silver bay filly, sired by the great palomino Classic stallion, Captain's Show-Man. Sadly, we lost this beautiful little gal to a broken ankle at age six weeks.

In 2004, Ellie put in another Congress appearance, with her stallion foal, Rhapsody's
Elegant Discovery, again claiming top honors as National Champion Classic
Broodmare, and National Champion Classic Mare & Foal.

In 2008, Abby returned to the Congress, to repeat as Grand Champion Foundation Mare (pictured right).  Congratulations to the McCarthy family !!

Rhapsody's Absolute Elegance, Ellie's 2005 filly (sired by Hollywood), is pictured at left, at the 2006 Shetland Congress, where she was pinned the Grand Champion Foundation Mare.
